Dr Nisha Radia BDS(Lond) Dentist qualified in 2006 from Barts and the Royal London.

She is also an Aesthetics Medical Practioner who carries out many filler and anti-wrinkle treatments. Her standard of treatment is to maintain everyone looking young and natural and prides herself in being able to achieve this well. She thoroughly enjoys the experience of achieving an outcome that the patients are very happy with at a high standard.

After her undergraduate degree in dentistry Nisha went on to specialise in Implants at the Eastman UCL in 2010. She has completed the ’10 years younger’ course in cosmetic Dentistry in 2009, and recently completed a Medical Law postgraduate Diploma in 2021 with Cardiff University.

She has a vast experience in General Dental Setting and loves to interact with her patients making them feel valued and appreciated as well as encouraged to continue and maintain their dental health. Outside of work she enjoys dancing with a Dance academy and is very sporty.

Dr Krupa Rughani BDS (Hons) MJDF RCS (Eng) is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care with over two decades experience, taking time with her patients to carry out various treatments and promote the importance of oral health is central to her approach.

Additionally, Krupa is a Medical Aesthetics Practitioner, offering treatments to give patients a rejuvenated, radiant look.

Her passion drives her to deliver care to the highest clinical standards in a kind and professional manner.

Krupa has a special interest in restorative dentistry, focusing on minimally invasive techniques that yield impactful cosmetic results, having completed a Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute (UCL).
As an experienced Invisalign provider, she has helped patients enhance their appearance and regain their confidence with straighter, healthier smiles.

One of the highlights of her professional career was the opportunity to serve as a courtside dentist at the London 2012 Olympics, having trained in Sports Dentistry at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute. Krupa regularly attends dental courses and seminars to stay updated on the latest techniques in general dentistry and facial aesthetics.

In her spare time, Krupa enjoys spending time with friends and family, musical theatre, and traveling to experience different foods and cultures.

Janie Radia (MPharm) graduated from Aston university and has been a qualified clinical pharmacist for 20years. She has a vast experience in community and hospital pharmacy. She is a qualified pharmacist prescriber with a a special interest in anticoagulants and the treatment of AF and VTE. She completed her anticoagulant training at Kings College London in 2013. Janie continues to work in this field in the private hospital sector delivering the highest patient care clinically with patient safety as high regard.

Janie is an Aesthetics Medical Practitioner that carries out many filler and anti-wrinkle treatments. She thoroughly enjoys this aspect of her work taking pride in keeping all her patients looking radiant and most importantly having patients looking natural.

Outside of work she is very sporty and enjoys cooking and travelling.

Dr Shweta Patel B.D.S. (Hons), B.Sc. (Hons), B.Eng (Hons) Dentist qualified from the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in Plymouth with honours in 2016.  She has experienced dentistry in both hospital settings and working in a multidisciplinary team to treat patients with head and neck cancer, and in practice where she has mentored newly qualified dentists.
Prior to being a dentist, she started off as a Dental Nurse whilst studying at the Queen Mary University of London gaining her Bachelor of Engineering in Dental Materials. She then went on and qualified as a Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy at the University of Portsmouth, gaining an honours degree at both universities. She is also currently studying for the second part of The Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF).
Shweta is passionate about dentistry and particularly enjoys helping patients to overcome their fears of the dentist. Her friendly, caring and calming manner helps her especially in treating children and patients who are slightly anxious.
Outside dentistry she likes to travel, cook, arts and crafts and visiting the theatre. She spends a lot of her time with her young family.

Antonica Olaru is a qualified Dental Nurse and has been for working at Grove Dental Practice for 6yrs. She finds teamwork is very important for her and enjoys being part of Grove Dental Practice especially where she is able to interact with the amazing patients that come here. Outside of work Antonica enjoys cooking and spending time with family.

Andrea Nemeth has been a qualified Dental Nurse for 14yrs and brings her vast experience to the joyful team at Grove Dental Practice. In her spare time Andrea likes to travel and finds gardening very peaceful.

Maria joined us as a receptionist over a year ago and due to her passion for dentistry she’s now on her way to qualify as a dental nurse. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and socialising. She previously volunteered for the NHS and now enjoys looking after our patients at the practice.
