  • Outstanding Balances: Patients are expected to settle their accounts on the day of treatment. For treatments that require multiple sessions, a deposit may be required at the beginning of the treatment plan.

  • Health Information: Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. You must inform us of any changes in your health status or medications that might affect your dental treatment.
  • Personal Details: It is crucial to keep your contact details up-to-date to ensure effective communication regarding your appointments and treatment plans.
